How long does it take to get My Drone back?

Normally 5 - 15 days. If we need to send away for parts to repair your drone it my take a few days more. We will updated you about any delays via E-Mail

How does the repair process work?
  1. Once you have booked your repair a member of our staff will assess your booking to make sure we have the parts in stock or we can get the parts to carry out your repair.
  2. Then they will send you a email with information on what to post and an address label for you to drop your drone off at the Post office.
  3. When we receive your drone we will evaluate it and send you over a report of any parts needing replaced.
  4. Once you approve our quote we will then carry out the repair and test your drone. Once the repair is complete we will send you over a invoice then your drone will be posted back to you.
How do I pay for my repair?

Once the drone is tested we will send you a PayPal invoice that you can pay via your PayPal account or with your Credit or Debit Card

Do you carry out any tests on my Drone?

Yes we do. We will test fly your drone and test its compass, IMU and GPS

Do you insure the postage of my drone?

Yes you can select to add insurance to cover your return postage. Insurance is provided by the postage company.


The warranty we offer depends on the type of repair carried out. The use of our service may void the original manufactures warranty. Our warranty is linked to a specific device as identified by its serial number. The warranty does not cover accidental damage and it does not cover change of ownership.
