Repair turnaround time
Most items are fixed withing 1 to 3 weeks (Subject to parts availability).
How do I get my item to you?
If your item is under 7KG then it is cheapest to post your item. When you book a repair you will be giving a labile to use.
What happens if you can’t fix it?
On the odd occasion that we can not repair your device, we will get in touch to let you know and return the item. You will be charged the return postage only or you can choose to have your item binned for free.
How do I pay?
Once your repair is complete we will email you over a PayPal invoice. You can pay with PayPal or card and you don't need a PayPal account.
